Bobby Frank is a seasoned mortgage professional with decades of experience across residential lending, real estate brokerage, and property valuation. Over the course of his career, he has worked throughout the entire real estate finance process, including loan origination, underwriting, real estate sales, and appraisal, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how real estate transactions come together.
Earlier in his career, Bobby built and scaled a national wholesale mortgage platform that funded more than $125 billion in residential loans and supported hundreds of thousands of residential mortgage closings nationwide. That experience provided deep insight into underwriting guidelines, loan structuring, and the operational side of mortgage lending.
Having also worked as a licensed real estate broker and real estate appraiser, Bobby brings a unique 360-degree perspective on property values, contracts, and financing. Today, he works directly with homebuyers, Realtors, and Builders to structure mortgage solutions that help transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.
